DOWNLOAD AND FILL IN TAXI CARD APPLICATION FORM

You can download Taxi card application form from the link below or pick it up at any Gazprom and NIS Petrol fuelling station in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

SUBMIT TAXI CARD APPLICATION FORM

Submit the application form and required documents, including your ID and taxi permit/license, in person at any Gazprom and NIS Petrol fuelling station.

3.
COLLECT YOUR TAXI CARD

Upon receiving your Application form, we will review the documents as soon as possible and notify you of the time and place where you can pick up you Taxi card.

More on our Taxi card

Taxi card is registered for the Taxi License number. It is not a payment card and it is used for identification and getting discounts and other benefits at Gazprom and NIS Petrol fuelling stations.

Taxi card cannot be used together with other fuel cards and loyalty cards.
