How to get the Zajedno na putu virtual card?

You can get the Zajedno na putu virtual card free directly from your mobile phone, without going to a petrol station. All you need to do is install the Zajedno na putu mobile app and fill in an online form. The app can be simply downloaded from Google Play, App Store or AppGallery. The mobile app has a QR code that helps you collect and use bonus. If you get the card online, it is not possible to have a physical Zajedno na putu card.

How to get the Zajedno na putu physical card?

You can get a physical card only if you do not have a virtual card. You can buy the card at any Gazprom and NIS Petrol gas station and immediately use it to collect bonuses. By filling out and signing the application form at the gas station, the card will be activated after processing the submitted data, i.e. within 7 to 30 days. When the card is activated, it means that you can use the collected bonus points to reduce future bills. You can activate the card in a faster way, if the activation is done online – via the card activation link, after which the card becomes active within 15 minutes.

How to activate the Zajedno na putu card via the mobile app?

When downloading the Zajedno na putu mobile app, two options are offered on the home screen: “I want a card” and “I have a card”. Clicking on the “I want a card” field opens a new form for entering personal data, if you do not already have a physically issued card. After entering the data in the form, by clicking on the “Finish” field, we assign you the number of your digital Zajedno na putu card. In order for the process to be completed, it is necessary to enter the code that will be sent to you via SMS in the field provided for entering the activation code. After that, your Zajedno na putu card will be successfully activated. At the same time, you will receive your Zajedno na putu card number via text message.

What benefits do you have with the Zajedno na putu card?

With the purchase of fuel, the savings amount to BAM 0.08 per litre and up to 50% of the amount of the bill for the purchase of products from the café. How do you collect bonus?

Every time you buy fuel, goods, and services at NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol stations, you get a certain number of bonus by using the Zajedno na putu card. Bonus cannot be collected by purchasing gift cards, mobile top-ups and lottery tickets, tobacco and tobacco products, hot and cold drinks from the hospitality section, magazines, newspapers, and products included in loyalty and Spend&Get programs. Can you transfer the card ownership? Can you own multiple cards?

If the cardholder makes a request, the card can be transferred to another user. The transfer of ownership can be done by changing the personal data on the card through My Account, by officially contacting us at the e-mail address info@zajednonaputu.ba, or by calling the Call Centre number 08 005 8888. A user can have only one card.

What should you do if you lose your card?

If the card is lost or stolen, you need to report the disappearance to the toll-free Call Centre number 08 005 8888, after which we will block the card in order to avoid misuse. The program owner is not obliged to give a new card to the user who has lost their card.

Is it possible to recover your lost card and collected bonus?

If the card has been activated, you can submit a request to transfer the collected bonus and levels from the lost card by calling the toll-free Call Centre number 08 005 8888 or by contacting us at info@zajednonaputu.ba.

Is it possible to have a virtual card in addition to a physical card?

If you have a physical card, you can use the Zajedno na putu application at any time and thus collect and spend points, via a QR code within the application. If you have a virtual card, which has been activated through the Zajedno na putu application, it is not possible to buy a physical card.

Can you use a physically damaged loyalty card to collect/use your bonus?

All you need to do is download the Zajedno na putu mobile app where you can collect/use bonus through a QR code.

How can you discover the number of collected bonus?

All data concerning your card can be tracked through the My Account page, as well as through the Zajedno na putu mobile app. Furthermore, the number of collected bonus is also on the non-fiscal receipt received by the user after each realized transaction for users of the physically issued card.

Can you change your original data?

You can only change the data constantly through the My Account page and the Zajedno na putu mobile app. If you change the data via the mobile app, it is not possible to change the mobile phone number and e-mail address. You also have two additional options at your disposal. The first is to call our Call Centre at the toll-free number 08 005 8888, which is available 24 hours a day, and the second option is to send us an email specifying your card number and the information or data you wish to change to info@zajednonaputu.ba.

What should I do if I can’t use the collected bonus from the card when paying?

If your card is not active, using the bonus will be enabled only after its activation, which can be performed in the following manner:

  • online via the Card Activation page (activation ends in 15 minutes);
  • filling in and signing the application form at a petrol station (the card becomes active within 7 to 30 days after processing the application form);
  • by calling the toll-free number of the Call Centre 08 005 8888.

If due to technical problems at a petrol station, it is not possible to use bonus, it is necessary to settle the invoice with another means of payment.

How long are the collected bonus valid?

The deadline for the use of bonus is 3 years from the moment the transaction is recorded with the Zajedno na putu card. If you do not use them within that period, they are written off in favour of G-Petrol d.o.o. and NIS j.s.c. Banja Luka. If you do not use your Zajedno na putu card for three years from the last transaction, G-Petrol d.o.o. and NIS j.s.c. Banja Luka reserve the right to exclude the card from the Program.

Can legal entities have the Zajedno na putu card?
