Candidates selection process

The selection process includes an interview with the recruiter and manager, which is conducted live on the premises of our company. However, depending on the circumstances and possibilities, the interview can be held online.

Depending on whether you apply for a position at a petrol station or for a position in the administration, an expert committee is formed with which you will have an interview. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better, to answer all your questions and provide more details about the position you are applying for, as well as to learn more about your work experience and interests.
